*This is the start to my last week at Crossfit Kansas City. What a way to start the week. This was my first crack at a 5K row. My goal was to keep my 500 m split pace below 2:00. My first 1000K was about 1:54, 2nd was about 1:56, then I averaged about 1:57 or 1:58 throughout. My final split was 1:42. Since I stopped drinking milk and squatting my weight is down about 10 lbs. I need to focus on eating more and eating more frequently. I plan on indulging during the holidays.
